    We offer financing for a range of household items of electrical & electronic and small engine motorcycles exclusive for government servants - called SIMPEL.
    SIMPEL, is an application that provides a comfortable online shopping experience in getting household necessities at the comfort of your home. It features an incredible zero-downpayment, designed to provide financial support with ease and affordability, ensuring that government employees can achieve their goals without being affected by rising living costs.
    You are eligible to apply if you meet the following criteria:
    • Malaysian citizens aged at least 18 years and not exceeding 60 years.
    • Open to all Federal Government employees paid through Jabatan Akauntan Negara Malaysia (ANM).
    • Government employees with a basic salary of more than RM 1,700.00.
    • Financing limit of RM 20,000.00.
    • Financing period of 5 years.
    • No guarantor required.
    • No deposit payment.

    You will be notified via email as soon as the financing is approved. You may check the status in the SIMPEL apps or please contact our customer service.
    Payment will be made in monthly instalment through automatic salary deduction by Biro Potongan Angkasa (BPA), managed by Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Berhad (Angkasa).
    Yes, you can make an early settlement.
    The monthly instalment will start the following month and will appear as a deduction in the next month's payslip.
    If you have excessive external commitments and have records in CCRIS and CTOS, you are still eligible to apply subject to further verification by VDSB.
