We provide financing for a wide range of consumer products and motorcycles exclusively for government employees - called SIMPEL.

SIMPEL is an easy-to-use mobile application that offers a seamless online shopping experience for essential household items—from the comfort of your home. It features an incredible zero-downpayment, designed to provide financial support with ease and affordability, ensuring that government employees can achieve their goals without being affected by rising living costs.

To be eligible for SIMPEL financing, applicants must;

• Malaysian citizen aged between 18 and 60 years.
• Government employee paid through the Jabatan Akauntan Negara Malaysia (ANM).
• Basic monthly salary of more than RM1,700.
• Financing limit up to RM20,000.
• Financing tenure up to 5 years.
• No guarantor required.
• No deposit required.

Simply download our mobile app, SIMPEL: Shop Pay Later, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. You can browse and purchase products directly through the app.

To complete your financing application, you will need to provide the following mandatory documents:

• Certified copy of your MyKAD (identity card)
• Certified copies of your latest 3 months’ salary statements
• Completed BPA Form

Yes. You will receive an email notification once your application is approved, rejected, or cancelled. You may also check the status directly via the SIMPEL app or by contacting our customer service.

Monthly instalments are automatically deducted from your salary via the Biro Potongan ANGKASA (BPA), administered by Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Berhad (ANGKASA).

Yes, early settlement is allowed at any time without penalty.

Your monthly instalment will commence the following month and will be reflected in that month’s payslip.

Applicants with high external commitments or records in SPeKAR (Sistem Pelaporan Kredit ANGKASA RAMCI) may still be considered, subject to further verification and approval by VDSB.
